From the North:South on Hwy. 17 across the bridges into Georgetown. Drive 1 mile and turn right at the traffic light diagonally onto Black River Road.Drive past the hospital. Merge into Hwy. 701 and continue north for 1.5 miles. At the sign "Black River Outdoors Center & Expeditions", turn left onto Garden Ave.

Driving Time:Little River 2 hrs, N. Myrtle Beach 1.5 hr, Myrtle Beach 1 hr, Surfside 50 min, Garden City 40 min, Murrells Inlet 30 min, Litchfield Beach 35 min, Litchfield 30 min, Pawleys Island 30 min, Pawleys Mainland 20 min, Debordieu 20 min.

From the South:North on Hwy. 17 into Georgetown. At the intersection of Hwys. 17, 701, and 521, continue north on Hwy. 701 for 3 miles (towards Conway). At the sign "Black River Outdoors Center & Expeditions", turn left onto Garden Ave.

Driving Time:Charleston 1 ½ hr, Isle of Palms 1 ½ hr, Mt. Pleasant 1 ¼ hr.

From the West:East on Hwy. 521. At the intersection of Hwys. 17, 701, and 521, turn left onto Hwy. 701 for 3 miles (towards Conway). At the sign "Black River Outdoors Center & Expeditions", turn left onto Garden Ave.

Driving Time:Charlotte 3 ½ hr, Columbia 2 ½ hr, Andrews 30 min.
